SHIPPING POLICY - DOCTOR CAR PARTS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Doctor Car Parts Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
Orders leave our warehouse within the 2 working days, but many orders will leave the same or next day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Small parts (less than 5Kg) are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Heavier parts will be sent using Fedex, DPD or UPS.
Shipment P.O. boxes or APO/BFPO addresses
Doctor Car Parts does not ship to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
There is NO warranty for electrical or engine management parts (i.e. any part with an electrical plug and/or any part which communicates with the ecu) . This means that even if you or your mechanic, suspect that the part received is faulty, we will not replace or refund. The company has taken this decision due to what we believe is an increasing 'gap' between modern vehicle diagnostics (the skill of diagnosing problems) and the complex modern vehicles systems themselves.
If your parcel is damaged please email photographs showing the damage through our contact form along with your name and order details.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
