RETURNS POLICY - DOCTOR CAR PARTS
Before returning goods, please contact us via email email@example.com to register your return request. If the item is no longer required you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.
In order to qualify for a refund, returned parts must arrive back to us within 30 days of the date purchased.

RETURNED PARTS CONDITION MUST BE NEW AND IN ORIGINAL BOX
Any part returned to us must be in it's original box and must be unused (i.e. it must NOT have been fitted). You may be liable for a repackaging charge if the box is damaged. In certain cases we reserve the right to refuse the refund altogether.
ELECTTRICAL PARTS & SENSORS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
There is NO warranty for electrical or engine management parts (i.e. any part with an electrical plug and/or any part which communicates with the ecu) . This means that even if you or your mechanic, suspect that the part received is faulty, we will not replace or refund. The company has taken this decision due to what we believe is an increasing 'gap' between modern vehicle diagnostics (the skill of diagnosing problems) and the complex modern vehicles systems themselves.
NO CONSEQUENTIAL REIMBURSEMENTS
There is NO reimbursement for any consequential damages/losses caused by faulty parts or as a result of any information provided on the website. Consequential losses include things like mechanics labour charges, vehicle storage charges, time off work etc.
ALL FAULTY CLAIMS GO FOR MANUFACTURER TESTING
If you think a part is faulty, you must fill in a warranty form, and the part/s must be returned to us and then we will send it on to our manufacturer for testing. Only if the part manufacturer provides us with a testing report confirming the part is faulty will we offer a replacement part or grant a full refund. The refund will be for price paid for the part along with any return postage costs. No other reimbursements or labour claim refunds will be made.
